Position Description Reporting to the Grade Line Supervisor, the Grade Line Operator is responsible for sorting lumber by grade as determined by the MiCROTEC Goldeneye. This Role is crucial to ensuring the consistent and steady flow of quality raw materials into the production process. This position requires mechanical aptitude, keen attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety protocols. This position reports to the Mercer Conway, Inc. facility, located at 1800 Sturgis Rd – Conway, AR 72032.
