Awarding Mercer Stendal’s Successful Trainees

While preparations for the 2022/2023 training year are in full swing at Mercer Stendal, five individuals successfully completed their training recently at the Arneburg pulp mill. Annika Wölkert, Elisabeth Klug, Enrico Suske, Eric Krüger, and Christian Düwert received awards from the company for their accomplished roles as chemical technicians, a chemical laboratory technician, an industrial mechanic, and a warehouse logistics specialist, respectively.

“We are very pleased with all our apprentices,” said Sirko Röder (left), who has recently taken on the role of training coordinator. He presented each of the trainees with a certificate. “This should be a symbolic reminder of their successful training. It is also incredibly important to us now that we can welcome all five into the company as skilled workers. Not only are they then taking the next step in their professional careers, but they also represent for us an essential building block for the future of the plant.”
