2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders – A “Virtual” Success

Mercer International Inc. (Nasdaq: MERC) hosted our 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) in virtual format due to the ongoing public health concerns related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and to support the health and well-being of our shareholders, the community and other stakeholders. The AGM was hosted through the Internet on May 29, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time)  with shareholders of record at the close of business on March 25, 2020, entitled to participate, vote, and submit questions prior to and during the Meeting.
