Mercer Peace River Selected as an Alberta Top Employer

PEACE RIVER, AB, January 29, 2025 – Mercer Peace River Pulp Ltd. (“Mercer” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its selection as one of Alberta’s Top Employers for 2025. This prestigious award recognizes 80 Alberta employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. The announcement was made today in a press release by Mediacorp Canada Inc. 

Alberta’s Top Employers is an annual competition that evaluates organizations based on eight criteria: (1) Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere and Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation and Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training and Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement. Mercer Peace River excelled in all areas, demonstrating a strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee well-being and professional growth.
